Though separate entities, the two explored a similar sonic territory: stripped-down electro, minimal electronics and machine-driven body music shaped by analog hardware and a raw DIY production ethos.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eMüller's roots go back to the final years of the DDR, where as a teenager he worked as a licensed DJ operating a travelling disco across Saxony, with music circulating on cassettes taped from West German radio. At the turn of the 2000s this background resurfaced in recordings rooted in electro, EBM and minimal machine music.
