Qual is the side project of William Maybelline of Lebanon Hanover. William elaborates on his background: “Tenebris In Lux was written during the first covid lockdown and it clearly captures the atmosphere of how I felt, the strangest period of my entire life. The album absorbed the strange dystopian dread I was feeling.

The goal in mind was also to move away from my previous albums, trying to ignore old habits and be less lyrical and get more into lyrical paths of cataclysmic doom."
