Wolves In The Throne Room - Primordial Arcana

After two decades of journey as ritual black metal jugglers, WOLVES IN THE THRONE ROOM emerge from the forest with Primordial Arcana, their most majestic album to date and their first release on Relapse Records.

Primordial Arcana is the band's first fully independent work: In addition to writing and playing, brothers Aaron and Nathan Weaver, along with guitarist Kody Keyworth, took care of all aspects of recording, production and mixing at their own Owl Lodge Studios in the woods of Washington state.

Born out of a DIY ethos, the album proves to be the band's most original and focused album yet. Primordial Arcana is one of the most ambitious records of the year and cements WOLVES IN THE THRONE ROOM's legacy as one of the boldest, most unique and most important bands in American black metal.
